How is Creativity Coaching different from Therapy?
Creativity Coaching is a goal setting process of looking forward, to creating aspirational agendas, learning new creative life habits, and becoming a more powerful person. Therapy is a psychological process of looking backwards, towards feelings, emotions, and issues. The two areas are often entwined, however understanding the differences allows you to clarify your focus on your best directions and outcomes that will work most successfully for you to move forward.
How long do people generally work with a Creativity Coach?
This is an entirely personal choice depending on your goals. Since Creativity Coaching is a co-creative process, and continuity and goal achieving often take time to grow and develop, session packages offer a lot of flexibility. There are no wrong choices on how creativity coaching works best for you.
